Mr. LaValley received his Juris Doctor in 1984 and his Bachelor in Business Administration with a degree in accounting in 1982 from the University of Toledo. He is licensed to practice in the states of Ohio and Florida and before the United States Tax Court.

Mr. LaValley is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations and the Florida Bar.
