James E. Schaefer

With ten years of experience as a CPA at an international accounting
firm in addition to his legal education and experience, Mr. Schaefer
has a broad knowledge of the various business, tax and legal issues
facing businesses of all sizes and their owners, covering all areas
of the firm’s practice.
Mr. Schaefer received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo
College of Law in 1982 and received his Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from John Carroll University in 1979. He is admitted
to practice in the state of Ohio and before the United States Tax
Court.
Mr. Schaefer is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations,
the Ohio Society and American Institute of CPAs, as well as the
Toledo Estate Planning Council.
