Michael J. Todak

Utilizing over twenty years of experience as an attorney and Certified
Public Accountant (currently non-practicing), Mr. Todak offers advice
and counsel which addresses each client’s unique legal issues.
Mr. Todak is involved with many professional organizations and
has also been active in numerous community activites. He is a member
of the Ohio State Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
He also is a member of the Toledo Estate Planning Council, as well
as the Ohio Society, Michigan Association, and American Institute
of CPAs.
Mr. Todak attended the University of Toledo and received his Bachelor
of Business Administration in 1979 and his Juris Doctor in 1982.
He is licensed to practice in Ohio, Michigan, the United States
Tax Court and the United States District Court (Northern District
of Ohio).
Mr. Todak has lectured before the Detroit Executive Tax Institute,
Ohio Society of CPAs, Toledo Estate Planning Council, and many other
community groups.
